Workshops within the framework of the Local Safety Audit in the Municipality of Queretaro

From April 18 to 20, the Center of Excellence for Statistical Information on Government, Public Security, Victimization and Justice (CoE), with the collaboration of UNODC Office in Colombia (COCOL), carried out 6 workshops in the Municipality of Querétaro. The collected information will be useful for the Participatory Social Diagnosis, as part of the Local Safety Audit.

Main security concerns were discussed with representatives of institutions at the municipal and state levels, also with civil society organizations, academics and businessmen, having the assistance of more than 60 participants.

We appreciate the participation of Queretaro’s institutions and organizations, as well as the contribution of the state and municipal authorities, that collaborated to achieve the objectives of the Local Safety Audit.
