The Center of Excellence launches an open call for the 2nd online course on “Victimization Surveys”

The Center of Excellence in Statistical Information on Government, Crime, Victimization and Justice invites officials from National Statistical Offices responsible for generating data on crime, justice, victimization and security to participate in the 3rd online course on “Victimization Surveys”.

The objective of this course is that participants understand the methodology of each of the stages involved in the design and implementation of a victimization survey, in order to design or improve victimization surveys that promotes quality and comparability of data at the regional and global levels, based on international standards.

This online course consists of 10 modules comprising 8 weeks (from 27 March to 19 May, 2017) with an estimated daily dedication of two hours considering only working days. The course will last a total of 80 hours and will be taught in Spanish. The registration period will be from 20 January to 28 February 2017, with limited availability.
