The figure of the criminologist and the use of statistical information based on the evidence for the study of delinquency

The Center of Excellence published the article The criminologist and the use of evidence-based statistical information for the study of delinquency, which argues about the usefulness of official sources of statistical information on crime and criminal justice before Sustainable Development Goals (ODS), particularly to monitor the progress of Objective 16 Peace, justice and solid institutions and its application in criminological research that supports the design, monitoring and evaluation of public policies for the prevention and reduction of crime based on the scientific analysis.
